Tasting notes:
A fruity and floral nose of honey suckle and hard orange candy invite you in to sip this skin "Kontakt" white wine. Candied citrus peel begin this medium bodied wine followed by toasted brioche covered in apricot jam with a tangy Greek yogurt drizzle. This biodynamic white finishes like white peach tea with a hint of salinity. The flavors of this wine are reminiscent of a springtime brunch. Pair this complex white with goat cheese drizzled in thyme infused honey or savory prosciutto wrapped melon.

Trinkvergnügen - 2020 Rosé of Cabernet Franc

Tasting notes:
This is our Summertime sunset wine. Explosive spicy notes of freshly cracked black pepper, fresh green pepper and stewed strawberries spring from the glass. Steeped rose petals with raspberry hibiscus tea notes backed by beautiful tannins balanced with a medium body. This darker hued rosé underwent 24 hours of skin contact leaving it with a sunbaked terracotta finish. Sip this wine in your garden with friends and fresh summer fare. Pairs like a dream with a caprese salad.

Tasting notes:

Fire grilled poblano pepper, juicy black cherry and notes of smoking campfire. This wine reminds me of climbing into an old leather chair after kicking off my boots covered in dried crunchy leaves from a long day hiking. Finishes beautifully with black currant, bitter cocoa and toasted tobacco. I love this wine chilled or room temp depending on the weather and season so it's perfect to bring on your next adventure. Pairs well with BBQ or bay leaf stewed lentils.
